Happy New Year! The holidays seemed to fly by and I hope that you had a chance to make some delicious memories with your family and friends. We are in a new year and new decade, so to help ring in 2020, here are some new classes to entice you to do a little entertaining this winter! These menus, as always, are inspired by my travels and are perfect for hosting a crowd for the evening or a few close family and friends to watch the Super Bowl with. February is the month of love, so how about a romantic dinner for you and your sweetie? Or, you can invite some friends over and share the love!
 
The menus will highlight local and seasonal produce, sustainable meats and fish, and, as always, a decadent dessert! The recipes have great make-ahead components, making them perfect for entertaining in this busy beginning of the new year. I believe that you will love these dishes and make them part of your repertoire throughout the next decade!

Classes are intimate, interactive, and everyone will have opportunities to participate. Following our 2-hour class, lunch will be served in the dining room with wine pairings that I have selected with the help of Matt Francke, owner of San Diego Beer & Wine Co.
 
If you’re unable to join these classes, maybe you’re interested in hosting a private class. It’s the perfect way to celebrate a birthday or experience a unique team-building event. All classes require you to arrive at 9:50 AM; classes begin promptly at 10:00 AM with a comprehensive and interactive demonstration, including an explanation of techniques and terminology.

A complete three-course meal is prepared, then served in the dining room, accompanied by perfect wine pairings, of course!

We normally finish by 1:30 PM.

Each class is $85.00 and payment is due upon registration. A full refund for cancellation will be offered up until Monday 8 AM the week of the class.

Classes are limited to 14 people and sell out quickly.
